Pop star Billie Eilish has firmly shut down speculation that she and her brother and longtime collaborator Finneas O’Connell are feuding, calling the rumors completely false and far from reality.
Speaking in a recent interview with ELLE, Eilish addressed online chatter that suggested tension between the siblings after Finneas was not present at select stops of her 2024 tour.
“I heard somebody say, ‘Did you guys hear Finneas and Billie had a falling-out?’” she recalled, before dismissing the claim outright.
“Finneas and I have never and will never have a falling-out, ever in our lives,” she said. “We’ll get in the biggest fight you’ve ever heard of… and five minutes later, we’re back laughing and making music.”
Eilish described their dynamic as typical sibling behavior, emphasizing that their relationship is both personal and deeply creative. She added that their bond is essential to her music-making process.

“If I never saw Finneas at all, I might literally never make a song again,” she said, highlighting how central their collaboration remains to her career.
Finneas, who has co-written and produced much of Eilish’s discography, echoed her sentiments, saying he would always support her projects and misses spending time with her when she is on tour.
The pair have built one of the most successful sibling partnerships in modern music, earning global recognition and major awards, including an Academy Award for the James Bond theme song No Time to Die.
Despite occasional public speculation, both artists continue to stress that their personal and professional relationship remains strong and unchanged.
Eilish is currently promoting her concert film Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D), which documents her latest global tour and live performances.
The singer’s latest comments reaffirm that, behind the headlines and rumors, the sibling duo remains one of music’s most closely connected creative partnerships.
