Dua Lipa says focusing on each other instead of perfection helped make her wedding to Callum Turner more meaningful and memorable.
Dua Lipa has revealed the simple approach she and husband Callum Turner used to make their wedding day feel truly special.
The singer and actor reportedly married in a private civil ceremony at London’s historic Old Marylebone Town Hall on May 31, 2026. The couple later continued their celebrations over three days with family, friends and celebrity guests.Beyoncé Marks 45th Birthday With B’DAY Reissue
Speaking to Vogue Italia, Lipa reflected on the experience and explained how the couple handled the pressure surrounding their big day.
The 31-year-old singer said they received plenty of wedding advice but chose to follow two suggestions that proved particularly valuable.
The first was to experience the wedding as though they were guests themselves. The second was to regularly find each other in the crowd and make sure they remained connected throughout the celebrations.

According to Lipa, following those suggestions allowed the couple to spend more time together rather than becoming overwhelmed by the number of guests and activities.
She also acknowledged that some people around them helped reduce stress, allowing the couple to enjoy the occasion without becoming obsessed with making everything perfect
Lipa said the approach gave her and Turner the chance to create more shared memories during their wedding.
Rather than focusing solely on the ceremony or the expectations surrounding a celebrity wedding, the couple reportedly prioritized being present and enjoying the experience together.
For Lipa, the biggest lesson from her wedding was simple: staying connected with your partner can make even the busiest celebration feel personal and unforgettable.
