A previously overlooked Jason Momoa film is set for a streaming resurgence. The 2018 neo-Western action thriller *Braven* will become available on the free, ad-supported platform Plex starting next month.
The film stars Momoa as a logger who must defend his family from violent drug traffickers at his remote mountain cabin. It is directed by Lin Oeding and features a supporting cast that includes Garret Dillahunt and Jill Wagner.
While the film initially had a limited theatrical release, its arrival on Plex is expected to draw new attention. The survivalist themes and gritty, rural setting are likely to appeal to viewers who enjoy the work of Taylor Sheridan, the creator of series like *Yellowstone* and its spinoffs.
*Braven* will join Plex’s catalog of free, ad-supported movies and TV shows in April.
