British actress Simone Ashley has expressed pride in her flourishing career, highlighting both her expanding body of work and her role in representing South Asian talent in the entertainment industry.

“I think the change really comes as a ripple effect behind the scenes. So it’s representation in the writers’ rooms, in producing partners, in directors—the whole thing,” she added.
