The Kylie Cosmetics founder bought the property in 2020 from Miley Cyrus. The five-acre estate is located in Hidden Hills, California.

“I’ve been building a house for like six years,” she said. Kylie explained that she had not planned to share the project publicly. However, she said the home was already being widely discussed online.

Kylie introduced the property to her followers as her “beautiful dream Italian home.”
She worked with landscaper Jim Hyatt on the outdoor design. Hyatt is known for his work at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara.
Kylie said she took inspiration from the luxury property. Her plans include lavender plants, old olive trees, and reclaimed cobblestone for the driveway.
The home itself features a mix of classic and modern details. The construction includes stone floors, an old brick fireplace, and wooden kitchen units.

The guest bathrooms feature marble. One room also has vintage tiles that add to the Italian-inspired look.

The estate will include a rose garden and a dining area with a pizza oven. She also revealed plans for a sports court.
An olive tree holds special meaning for Kylie. She said the tree reminds her of her sister Kendall Jenner because Kendall gave it to her as a gift.
