The Bureau of Prisons now lists March 2, 2028, as his projected release date.

Diddy is serving a 50-month prison sentence. A court convicted him on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

First, officials listed his release for January 2028. Now, the Bureau of Prisons lists March 2, 2028.

However, Diddy’s representative says they do not know why the date keeps changing.

Reports Detail Diddy’s Prison Life

The new release date comes after several reports about Diddy’s time in prison.

According to NBC News, Diddy allegedly pays other inmates thousands of dollars each month for various services.

Those services reportedly include massages, cooking, cleaning and laundry.

In addition, the report claims that Diddy had access to a cellphone and alcohol that prison rules prohibit.

However, prison officials have not fully addressed these claims.

Diddy Reportedly Returns to Special Housing

Meanwhile, TMZ reported another development in Diddy’s prison situation.

The report says officials moved Diddy back to the Special Housing Unit. Prison officials commonly use this unit for inmates who require separate housing.

However, authorities have not confirmed why Diddy reportedly moved there.

Diddy’s 50-Month Sentence

A jury convicted Diddy after his 2025 trial.

Later, a judge sentenced him to 50 months in prison in October.

His projected release date can change because of prison records and other factors.

For now, the Bureau of Prisons lists March 2, 2028, as Diddy’s projected release date.
