Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft Concert Movie Heads to Paramount+
The Grammy-winning singer’s latest concert film brings her sold-out tour performances to streaming with immersive 3D technology developed by James Cameron’s team.
Billie Eilish is bringing her acclaimed concert experience to streaming as Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live) arrives on Paramount+, giving fans a new way to watch her latest musical spectacle.
The concert film originally debuted in theaters on May 8 and earned a strong global box office performance, collecting around $27 million worldwide.
The project marks Eilish’s third concert movie and features an ambitious creative collaboration with filmmaker James Cameron. The “Bad Guy” singer also served as a co-director on the film.
Cameron, known for directing major Hollywood productions, helped introduce advanced virtual reality 3D technology through his company Lightstorm Vision and Meta. The technology was designed to create an immersive viewing experience that makes audiences feel closer to the live performances.
Rather than simply documenting the concerts, the film aims to recreate the atmosphere of being inside the venue, allowing viewers to experience the energy from home.
Much of the footage was captured during Eilish’s sold-out performances in Manchester and Phoenix as part of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour.
The film features a large production team, with Eilish and Cameron among the producers alongside Maria Wilhelm, John Brooks, Geoff Burdick, and several other industry figures. Mikael Borglund serves as executive producer.
Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live) follows Eilish’s previous concert films, including Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles and Billie Eilish: Live at the O2.
With its move to streaming, the concert film gives fans another chance to experience one of Eilish’s biggest tours and enjoy a cinematic version of her live performances.
