Gisele Bündchen’s fitness routine has changed since she welcomed her third child at the age of 45.
The supermodel opened up about exercise, motherhood and staying active in a recent appearance for i-D magazine’s “The Mother Issue.”
Bündchen welcomed a son with Joaquim Valente in February 2025. Since then, she has adjusted her workouts to suit her lifestyle and changing needs.
The model said she now lifts weights three times a week.
She also practices Pilates once or twice each week. Yoga remains another important part of her schedule, with Bündchen doing it two or three times a week.
However, her approach to exercise goes beyond a strict gym routine.
Bündchen said she tries to move her body every day. She no longer views exercise as something she has to complete.
Instead, she sees physical activity as something she is fortunate to enjoy.
Her daily movement can also include outdoor activities with her children.
Bündchen shares son Benjamin and daughter Vivian with her former husband, Tom Brady.
She said activities such as surfing, paddleboarding and playing volleyball with her daughter help her stay active while spending quality time with her family.
For Bündchen, movement has also become closely connected to being present.
The model explained that raising children has helped her appreciate everyday experiences in a new way.
She believes children give parents another opportunity to enjoy simple moments and reconnect with life.
Her latest comments show that Gisele Bündchen’s fitness routine now focuses less on pressure and more on balance, movement and well-being.
Rather than treating workouts as a chore, Bündchen appears to have built exercise into her daily life in a more natural way.
