Tom Felton Recalls Draco’s Adult Look
Tom Felton has opened up about Draco Malfoy’s appearance in the final Harry Potter movie.
The actor discussed the famous epilogue scene from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 in a video shared by the official Harry Potter Instagram account.
The scene showed Harry, Ron, Hermione and Draco as adults. The characters appeared years later while sending their children to Hogwarts.
How Filmmakers Created Draco’s Older Version
Felton explained that the filmmakers studied his family photos to create Draco’s future look.
The team looked at pictures of his three older brothers and his father. They also studied details like hairlines and facial features.
The actor joked that Draco’s final appearance now feels less impressive compared to Harry and Ron’s older versions.
Felton said he is happy to show fans another version of adult Draco through the Broadway show Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
Returning to the Wizarding World
The actor shared that he once believed the final Harry Potter scene would be his last time playing a wizard.
The epilogue scene was filmed at King’s Cross Station in London instead of a studio.
Felton said the moment felt special because everyone knew they were closing an important chapter in the franchise.
Years later, he returned to the Harry Potter universe through the stage production.
