Taylor Swift is returning to the CMA Awards after receiving a fresh nomination.

The 36-year-old singer confirmed that she will attend the ceremony on November 18. Her song I Knew It, I Knew You earned a nomination for Single of the Year.

The nod marks Swift’s first CMA nomination in four years.

She shared the news on Instagram Stories and hinted that her connection with country music is far from over.

Swift faces strong competition in the category. Ella Langley earned two nominations for the same award. Lainey Wilson and Cody Johnson are also in the race.

Langley leads this year’s nominations with 10. Miranda Lambert follows with seven, while Kacey Musgraves and Ben West earned five each.

Swift last appeared at the CMA Awards in 2016. She presented the Entertainer of the Year award to Garth Brooks.

The singer also has a long history with the ceremony.

She previously won Single of the Year in 2009 and 2011. She later received nominations in the same category in 2012 and 2013.

I Knew It, I Knew You appeared on the Toy Story 5 soundtrack and became another major hit for Swift.

The song also became her 13th solo track to reach No. 1 on US country radio.

With a new nomination and a confirmed appearance, Swift’s return to the CMAs is already drawing major attention.
