Salman Khan Predicted Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s Love Story Years Ago
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal revealed that Salman Khan had already noticed their connection and even warned them about a possible breakup before they made their relationship public.
The couple shared the interesting story during an appearance on Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi’s chat show Double Date, where they talked about Salman’s surprising reaction to their romance.
Sonakshi recalled that Salman, who introduced the two at one of his parties, quickly understood that something was developing between them. According to her, they repeatedly denied their relationship whenever he asked about it.
She revealed that Salman eventually sat them down and told them he believed they might one day break up, adding that he cared for both of them and did not want to take sides.
Zaheer Iqbal also shared that Salman had figured out their relationship before they openly admitted their feelings. He said the superstar noticed their bond during a trekking trip and casually hinted that he already understood what was happening.
However, Salman Khan’s prediction did not come true. Instead of separating, Sonakshi and Zaheer continued their relationship for seven years before taking the next step.
The couple worked together in the 2022 film Double XL and later tied the knot in June 2024 through a private civil ceremony at Sonakshi’s Mumbai residence.
The revelation has once again highlighted Salman Khan’s close connection with both actors and his role in bringing the couple together.
