Olivia Culpo has given fans a personal glimpse into her pregnancy journey, revealing details about her birth plan for her second child with NFL star Christian McCaffrey.
The model shared her emotions in a recent “Get Ready With Me” video on TikTok, explaining that she is preparing for the arrival of their baby while McCaffrey returns to his football duties with the San Francisco 49ers.
Culpo revealed that she will undergo a scheduled C-section for the upcoming birth. She explained that after having a previous C-section in July 2025, a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) was not an option for her.

“Basically, it’s on an off day for him, so he’ll be able to come just for the birth,” Culpo shared, adding that his professional commitments will require him to return to work soon after.
She also explained that many people misunderstand the NFL calendar, believing the season begins only when official games start. According to Culpo, preparations begin much earlier with training camps in late July before the regular season begins.
