Nora Fatehi Faces Court Criticism in Sukesh Chandrasekhar ₹200 Crore Case
Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi faces fresh scrutiny in the ₹200-crore extortion case involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar. She appeared as a witness at Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on November 2, according to reports.
The court reportedly expressed anger over her conduct. It also asked her lawyer to tell her “not to take the court for a ride.” The reported remarks have brought fresh attention to the case.
Nora Fatehi’s Statement to the ED
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned Nora Fatehi during its money laundering investigation into Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
During questioning, Fatehi reportedly said that Sukesh and his wife had invited her to perform at a party. She said they offered her expensive gifts instead of cash.
These gifts reportedly included a BMW car and designer accessories. Fatehi also said she had no personal ties to Sukesh. She further claimed that she knew nothing about his alleged crimes.
Sukesh’s Claims About a House in Morocco
The case gained fresh attention after Sukesh made claims about Nora Fatehi in a handwritten letter.
He reportedly claimed that he gave her crores of rupees to buy a house in Casablanca, Morocco. He also accused her of feeling jealous of his relationship with actress Jacqueline Fernandez.
In addition, Sukesh reportedly threatened to reveal private conversations with Fatehi. However, these claims remain allegations and need independent confirmation.

What Is the ₹200 Crore Extortion Case?
The case centres on claims that Sukesh Chandrasekhar extorted nearly ₹200 crore from the wives of former Ranbaxy promoters Shivinder Singh and Malvinder Singh.
The ED alleges that Sukesh used the money to buy luxury gifts and vehicles for several people. Actress Jacqueline Fernandez also features in reports about the gifts linked to the case.
The investigation has drawn public attention because of the large sum involved and the alleged links to Bollywood celebrities.
As the case continues, Nora Fatehi’s reported court appearance and Sukesh’s claims have brought the actress back into the news. However, the allegations do not prove that she committed any crime.
