Nick Cannon Open to Rekindling With Mariah Carey

Nick Cannon has opened up about his relationship with ex-wife Mariah Carey and revealed that he would be open to rekindling their romance.

The former couple married in 2008 and divorced in 2016. They share teenage twins, Moroccan and Monroe.

While Cannon said he is open to the possibility of getting back together, he also made it clear that he does not want to marry again.

Cannon said he and Carey continue to communicate regularly, mainly because they are co-parenting their children.

Speaking to Us Weekly, he explained that they talk almost every day or every other day about their twins.

He also addressed reports suggesting that the former couple are no longer close. According to Cannon, those claims do not reflect their current relationship.

The pair have continued to maintain contact while raising Moroccan and Monroe together.

Cannon Addresses Reunion Rumors

Cannon also responded to reports that he and Carey could reunite romantically.

He acknowledged hearing both sides of the speculation, including claims that they are no longer close and reports suggesting they could get back together.

When asked about the possibility of reconciliation, Cannon said he remains open to it.

However, he also clarified that marriage is not something he wants to pursue again.

Looking back at their divorce, Cannon described the split as relatively amicable.

He said they were able to move forward and focus on being good parents to their children.

Cannon also spoke warmly about Carey, describing the singer as both his greatest friend and his greatest teacher.
