Michael Fassbender stars as Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. in a first-look image from the upcoming Netflix limited series, *Kennedy*.
The eight-episode historical drama will chronicle the life of the influential patriarch of the Kennedy political dynasty. The newly released still shows Fassbender in character, marking a departure from his recent role in the Apple TV+ spy thriller *The Agency*.
The series is created by Eric Roth and will explore Kennedy’s complex legacy as a businessman, political power broker, and ambassador. Production is underway on the project, which aims to provide a comprehensive portrait of the controversial figure.
Netflix has not yet announced a premiere date for the series.
