Appearing on the Happy Mum podcast, Lauren shared emotional details about the period when she discovered she was expecting son Eric while still married to businessman Andrew Silverman.
The entrepreneur, who has legally adopted the Cowell surname ahead of her wedding to Simon Cowell, described the experience as one of the most difficult times she has ever faced.
Looking back, Lauren admitted that the end of her marriage brought a wave of complex emotions. While she does not regret where life ultimately led her, she acknowledged that she wishes some aspects of the situation could have happened differently.
