According to Page Six, Kylie is ready for an engagement, while people close to the couple believe Kendall and Jacob could get married first. The report claims this possibility has caused frustration for Kylie, despite her relationship with Chalamet beginning much earlier.
“Even though Kylie and Timothée [Chalamet] have been together much longer, people in their inner circle actually see Kendall and Jacob [Elordi] getting married first, and it’s causing some jealousy and frustration for Kylie,” an insider told the outlet.
Kylie Jenner Reportedly Hopes for an Engagement
The source claimed that Kylie has made her interest in marriage clear to Chalamet. However, she has reportedly stopped short of issuing an ultimatum or demanding a proposal.
“She’s not giving him ultimatums or demanding a ring, but she’s definitely making her feelings known and hoping he’ll get there sooner rather than later,” the insider added.
According to the report, Chalamet cares deeply about Kylie but may not feel ready to get engaged just yet. The source suggested that he wants the decision to come from genuine readiness rather than outside pressure.
“Timothée loves Kylie and is very much invested in their relationship, but he’s simply not there yet,” the insider said.

“He genuinely feels like he’s found the one, and their relationship is progressing much faster,” the insider claimed.
The source also compared the two couples, describing Kendall and Jacob’s reported relationship as more serious, while Kylie and Chalamet were characterised as having a more relaxed dynamic.
