Cena Opens Up About His Hair Transplant
Speaking to the Metro’s 60 Seconds column, Cena explained why authenticity helped him deal with public attention.
“What’s helped me is, just be authentic. I got a hair transplant. I could have hidden it but the fans have a way to make you honest,” he said.
In fact, Cena joked that hiding the procedure would have been almost impossible.
“You could see the back of my head was as bald as my a**. How am I going to hide the fact that I didn’t have hair and now I have hair?” he added.
His comments reflect his approach to fame. Rather than avoid uncomfortable topics, Cena prefers to acknowledge them and move forward.
