A$AP Rocky has shared an emotional tribute to Rihanna, describing the global superstar as his strongest source of support during some of the most difficult periods of his life.
In a preview of his upcoming appearance on The Jason Lee Show, the rapper praised his longtime partner for standing by him through personal losses, legal challenges, and uncertain moments.
Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Athelston Mayers, said Rihanna remained loyal even before their romantic relationship began, supporting him when they were simply close friends.
The rapper recalled how Rihanna was there after the death of his father, during his detention in Sweden, and throughout his legal battle.
He described her as a genuine and dependable person who supported him regardless of his circumstances or public image.
Rocky also shared a personal memory from a difficult period in Paris, explaining that Rihanna went out of her way to check on him when he was struggling emotionally and stopped responding to calls.
The couple’s relationship developed from a longtime friendship into a romance in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since then, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna have built a family together. They welcomed their first son, RZA, in 2022, followed by their second son, Riot, in 2023.
The pair later expanded their family with the arrival of their daughter, Rocki, in 2025.
While both artists maintain busy careers, Rocky’s latest comments highlight the personal connection and trust that have remained central to their relationship.
