A six-and-a-half-hour experimental film, begun in the 1950s, is now screening at the Museum of Modern Art. Ken Jacobs’s “Star Spangled to Death” offers a fragmented, critical history of the United States. The film will be available for viewing through April 7, with audiences permitted to enter and exit the screening freely.
