Robert Fox, a prominent theater producer in Britain and on Broadway, has died at 73.
He was a favored collaborator of actors such as Maggie Smith. Fox produced dozens of plays throughout his career.
Among his notable productions was “The Audience,” a play about Queen Elizabeth II. That work was later adapted into the Netflix series “The Crown.”
