Rohit Shetty Slams ‘Bigg Boss 20’ Aggression, Cites Tiger Shroff Shooting Incident
Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has criticised aggressive behaviour on Bigg Boss 20, warning contestants against trying to appear intimidating. During the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode, he referred to recent shooting incidents involving celebrities and questioned the housemates’ conduct.
Rohit addressed ScoutOP, Aasif Khan, Yung DSA and Amrapali Dubey over their behaviour on the reality show. He warned them against acting like gangsters, especially at a time when reports of shootings outside celebrities’ homes have raised security concerns.
Rohit Shetty Reacts to Shooting Incidents
During the discussion, Rohit referred to recent firing incidents, including an alleged attack targeting Tiger Shroff’s vehicle. He used the situation to explain why aggressive behaviour should not be treated as something impressive.
“Idhar hamare gharon mein goliyan chal rahi hain, tumlog kya gangster ban ke ghum rahe ho,” Rohit remarked.
His comments highlighted his concern about contestants presenting themselves as dangerous or intimidating. He made it clear that he did not appreciate this attitude, particularly given the reported security concerns surrounding celebrities.
Rohit Calls ScoutOP and Yung DSA a ‘Bully Gang’
Rohit was particularly critical of ScoutOP and Yung DSA. He described the pair as the “bully gang” and suggested that they believed their behaviour made them look like gangsters.
“Tumlog ke man mein hai tumlog gangster lag rahe ho. Aisa lagta hai ki teen 10th standard ke nikle hain aisa kuch karne ke liye,” the filmmaker said.
His remarks came during a discussion about the contestants’ treatment of fellow housemate Qazi Touqeer. The exchange brought attention to the growing tension between the housemates and their different approaches to the competition.
Rohit Shetty Defends Qazi Touqeer’s Gameplay
During the episode, Yung DSA accused Qazi of making other contestants feel threatened through his confrontational behaviour.
However, Rohit offered a different interpretation of Qazi’s actions. He explained that Qazi was using strategy to provoke reactions from the other contestants as part of his gameplay.
The host also distinguished between strategic confrontation and physical aggression. His response suggested that contestants should understand the difference between playing the game and attempting to intimidate others.
