Speaking at the Nordoff And Robbins Silver Clef Awards at London’s Royal Albert Hall, Mel C reflected on the group’s legacy and their emotional connection while celebrating the 30th anniversary of their debut hit “Wannabe.”
“It was a very emotional day yesterday. We’re all in touch obviously, all of the girls, and we’re so grateful and respectful of each other,” she said.
The comments came after fans noticed that Geri Horner’s anniversary post celebrating “Wannabe” did not tag fellow Spice Girls member Mel B, leading to renewed speculation about possible disagreements within the group.
